Abstract:
A water-repellent film (102) formed by providing a water-repellent organic material on a substrate (100), wherein a plurality of regions having different concentrations of the water-repellent organic material are formed, and each of the regions having different concentrations is present continuously in a film thickness direction from an interface with the substrate to the surface of the water-repellent film. Preferably, regarding the regions having different concentrations, a region (102a) having a relatively high concentration is formed in a columnar shape, and a region (102b) having a relatively lower concentration than that of the columnar region is present around the columnar region.
