Abstract:
Provided are organic fine particles and a water pressure resistance improving agent composition which are capable of imparting excellent water pressure resistance and waterproofness to a substrate. The organic fine particles comprise (I) a hydrophobic monomer having one ethylenically unsaturated double bond and at least one branched or cyclic hydrocarbon group having 3-40 carbon atoms, and, if necessary, (II) a polymer having a repeating unit formed from a crosslinkable monomer having at least two ethylenically unsaturated double bonds. The water pressure resistance improving agent composition comprises (A) organic fine particles, and (B) an aqueous medium.
