Abstract:
A water-saving cooling system of a glass processing center, comprising a CNC spindle box (1) and a tool holder (20). The tool holder is fixed connected to an output end of the CNC spindle box; a fixed plate (4) is fitted over the periphery of the CNC spindle box; a movable plate (5) is fitted over the periphery of the tool holder; a motor (6) is disposed at the upper end of the fixed plate; a grinding wheel (8) is fitted over the tool holder (8); the CNC spindle box drives, by means of the tool holder, the grinding wheel to rotate; a water outlet channel (9) is formed within the movable plate, an upper end of the water outlet channel is connected to cooling water by means of the fixed plate, and a lower end extends to the grinding wheel; the orientation of cooling water output of the water outlet channel can be adjusted; a cover structure consisting of a bottom cover (23) and an outer cover (22) covers the grinding wheel; a part of the grinding surface of the grinding wheel extends out of an opening of a C-shaped cover, thereby forming a working zone; the length of the arc of the water outlet of the water outlet channel is one or two times of the grinding zone. The cooling system can cool the grinding working zone of a grinding wheel, the cooling efficiency and cooling water utilization rate are improved, cooling water is saved, and the processing capability requirements on water treatment devices are reduced.
