Abstract:
A water-saving and efficiency-increasing hydraulic cutting pick applicable to high-pressure water jet coal cutters, heading machines and gadders, comprising a pick body (2); an alloy pick tip nozzle (1) is provided at an outlet of a central water channel (3) at the front end of the pick body (2); an outer circle of the tail end of the pick body (2) is in clearance fit with an inner hole at the right of a pick base (8); a flange sleeve (5) is provided in an inner hole at the left of the pick base (8); the outer circle at the right side of the flange sleeve (5) is in transition fit with an inner hole at the left side of the pick base (8); an inner hole of the flange sleeve (5) is in clearance fit with the middle of the pick body (2) by means of connecting the flange sleeve (5) to the pick base (8); the right conical surface of the flange sleeve (5) is coincident with the middle conical surface of the pick body (2) in taper; the alloy pick tip nozzle (1) is provided with spray holes in the axial direction, the pick body (2) is provided with the central water channel (3) in the axial direction, and the spray holes are in communication with the central water channel (3); radial water channels (10) in communication with the central water channel (3) are provided at the middle of the pick body (2); an annular groove (12) in communication with each of the radial water channels (10) of the pick body (2) is formed at the left side of a small-taper outer conical surface (15) of the pick body (2); and the pick base (8) is provided with a high-pressure water intake hole (13) in the radial direction. By means of the water-saving and efficiency-increasing hydraulic cutting pick, high-pressure water flow can be controlled automatically, the rock cutting efficiency can be improved as the pick can cut hard rocks, abrasion to the cutting pick is reduced, and the dust removal effect is improved; and in the no-load state, high-pressure water can be switched to low-pressure water, the water flow is reduced, and water resources are saved.
