Abstract:
A water scrubber for high-efficiency removal of aerosol is positioned inside an absorption tower, and comprises the following components arranged sequentially in a flowing direction of a flue gas: a gas cap tray (1); a padding layer (2); and a spray scrubbing layer (3). The gas cap tray (1) comprises a base plate (11) fixed to the interior of the absorption tower by means of a side plate of the absorption tower. A return water inlet (12) is arranged at one side of the base plate (11). Water sprayed for scrubbing is collected by the base plate (11) and flows through the return water inlet (12) to reach a recycling device. A plurality of swirling flow gas caps (13) are provided above the base plate (11). A flue gas flows through a central portion of the swirling flow gas cap (13) from bottom to top, and undergoes aerosol removal processing before being discharged from an upper portion of the gas cap.
