Abstract:
The objective is to provide is a water sealant that can prevent the evaporation of sealing water, as well as provide a water sealant that is easy to use.
It is possible to effectively prevent circumstances under which sealing water will evaporate by using a water sealant containing an oil constituent and a surfactant. By having a powdered, granular, tablet, sheet, seamless capsule, or capsule form, the water sealant requires no mixing step immediately prior to use, can increase the working efficiency of the user and is easily used. Since the form of the water sealant is lighter than that of a liquid water sealant, the labor involved in the user hauling the sealant to the worksite can be reduced.
