Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of antibacterial. Disclosed are a water-soluble chlorhexidine antibacterial, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. In the present invention, the preparation method comprises: preparing a hyaluronic acid aqueous solution or an organic solution by taking hyaluronic acid as a raw material, performing a complexation reaction with a chlorhexidine solution, removing insoluble substances therein, and then drying to obtain the water-soluble chlorhexidine antibacterial, namely chlorhexidine hyaluronic acid. The chlorhexidine antibacterial has good broad-spectrum antibacterial performance, the water solubility thereof is better than the solubility of chlorhexidine acetate and chlorhexidine gluconate, and the application prospect of the chlorhexidine antibacterial is expanded. The chlorhexidine hyaluronic acid has the advantages of hyaluronic acid and chlorhexidine, has good biocompatibility, has no cytotoxicity or skin irritation, has good moisturizing performance, can be used for preparing an antibacterial aqueous solution, gel, or ointment and other products, and is applied to the fields of medical instruments, skin wound care, oral care, personal hygiene, environmental disinfection, etc.
