Abstract:
[Problem] To provide: a water-soluble film that has superior solubility in water and can reduce fusion of contact surfaces at end parts when stored in a roll form; a method of manufacturing the same; and a package using the water-soluble film. [Solution] This water-soluble film contains a polyvinyl alcohol resin. The water-soluble film is immersed in a 5°C mixed solution in which heavy water and heavy menthol have been mixed at a volume ratio of 1:1, and immediately following the immersion, a 1H pulse NMR measurement of the water-soluble film is performed after 60 seconds and 180 seconds have passed. Expression (1) below is satisfied where the crystal component amounts found from a spin-spin relaxation curve obtained from the measurements are respectively defined as (A1)0, (A1)60, and (A1)180.
