Abstract:
A water-soluble gel membrane having a virus enrichment function and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. A preparation method for a chitosan water-soluble membrane is specifically disclosed, and comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a chitosan salt solution: reacting chitosan with an acid solution, obtaining a filtrate, and drying to obtain chitosan salt powder; 2) preparing a casting solution: mixing the chitosan salt powder with a urea solution, and adding an additive A and an additive B to obtain the casting solution; 3) preparing the casting solution into a membrane; 4) fixing the membrane using a coagulation liquid; and 5) freeze-drying a fixed membrane to obtain the chitosan water-soluble membrane. The additive A is a plasticizer, the additive B is a surfactant, and the coagulation liquid is selected from one or two of lower alcohol or acetone. The water-soluble gel membrane abandons methods for enrichment detection in air in the prior art, and filtration is not required.
