Abstract:

A water-soluble metalworking oil agent comprising the following components (A) to (D), characterized in that the content of the component (A) is 10% by mass or more relative to the whole oil agent and the content of the component (B) is 5% by mass or more relative to the whole oil agent: (A) a condensed fatty acid (a product of dehydrative condensation of a fatty acid) obtained by dehydrative condensation of ricinolic acid and/or a condensed fatty acid obtained by subjecting a condensed fatty acid obtained by dehydrative condensation of ricinolic acid to dehydrative condensation of an alcoholic hydroxyl group thereof with a monovalent carboxylic acid, (B) an ester compound obtained by dehydrative condensation of a mono- or poly-hydric alcohol with a monocarboxylic acid, (C) an amine compound, and (D) water.
