Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a novel means for the administration of venetoclax, the novel means reducing the burden to be imposed on a patient by taking a medicine and having an excellent balance between effect and safety. The present invention relates to a water-soluble polymeric derivative which comprises a multiarmed water-soluble polymer including terminal carboxyl groups and a plurality of venetoclax moieties respectively bonded to the terminal carboxyl groups by amide linkage.
