Abstract:
[Problem] When sprinkling a small volume of water over a long period for cooling by water evaporation or the like to counteract warming in summertime, the problem addressed by the invention is to make it possible to sprinkle water with better energy-saving and a more stable water volume than when using a well pump. [Solution] A water-sprinkling device that: pressurizes a tightly sealed water storage tank (30) with compressed air from a compressed air pressure tank (20) adjusted to give a constant pressure using a reducing valve or the like (22); discharges water from the storage tank (30); adjusts the flow with a gate valve or the like (32); and sprinkles the water using a water-sprinkling tool (40).
