Abstract:
A pair of anchoring mechanisms (6R, 6L) is respectively anchored by a pair of frame members (200R, 200L) when a water stop plate (2) is in an inclined state in which same is in contact with the floor (300) and inclined to the outdoor side. When changing the water stop plate (2) from the inclined state to an erect state, pushing mechanisms (5R, 5L) push a second water stop member (4) to the floor (300) and push a pair of first water stop members (3R, 3L) to the pair of frame members (200R, 200L), and a holding mechanism (7R, 7L) maintains the orientation of the water stop plate (2) in the erect state.
