Abstract:
Provided is a water stop structure that is able to stop water from entering a space between an electrical cable and a grommet even in the case when the electrical cable is surrounded with a braided wire. This water stop structure for an electrical cable (10) is provided with: a braided wire (20) that has a tubular shape obtained by braiding element wires (21), and that surrounds the electrical cable (10); a grommet (40) that surrounds the braided wire (20); and a water-stop part (30) that blocks up the mesh of the element wires (21) of the braided wire (20), and that fills the space between the grommet (40) and the electrical cable (10).
