The manifold is equipped with a check valve installed in front of the inlet fitting and a valve cock installed in front of the outlet fitting. The filter is equipped with the wrench for rotating the nut (RU 153938, prior art).

The disadvantages of this device are as follows: complexity of the flange connection of the accumulator with the manifold, the complexity of mounting the device to the support with a clamp mounted on the accumulator, complexity and labor intensivity of technical (routine) maintenance, monitoring of the accumulator condition or replacement since this requires the device to be detached as a whole, the possibility of loosening the device mounting on the support as a whole due to the inevitable deflection of the clamp affected by vibrations that are inevitable during the hydraulic system operation, and, especially, in the event of a hydraulic shock. All of the above things significantly reduce the reliability of the device as a whole, and reduce the period of routine-free and maintenance-free operation.

The technical task of the invention is to create an efficient water supply device and expand the range of the water supply devices.

The technical result that provides a solution to the problem is that the design of the accumulator connection to the manifold is simplified, the device attachment to the support becomes easier and more reliable due to the use of the mounting flat base surface for this purpose, labor intensivity of the technical (routine) maintenance and monitoring of the accumulator condition or replacement reduces since it is enough to turn out one threaded part (fitting from the threaded element) without dismounting the device as a whole. The risk of loosening the device mounting on the support due to vibrations that are inevitable during the hydraulic system operation, and, especially, in the event of a hydraulic shock, is almost eliminated. All of the above things significantly increase the reliability of the device as a whole, allow to increase the period of routine-free and maintenance- free operation.

Detailed Description of the Invention

The water supply device is operated as follows.

As a rule, the device is delivered on-site disassembled and it should be permanently attached (suspended) to the support wall (support) with a flat face 29 of the base 1 using any standard or special fasteners. The accumulator 5 is mounted on the base 1 on the external thread of the fitting 18 in the element 28, sealed with the end or radial elastic seal 21. The accumulator 5 is placed so that when installing the device on-site it does not contact with the supporting wall due to the choice of the length of the connecting channel 27 of the base and the location of the fitting 18 at an appropriate distance from the surface 29.

The manifold 3 is "sunk" in the groove of the base 1 and inserted with the transverse channels 25,26 in the matching holes of the base 1. Sealed with then elastic seal 20, fixed with screws 23.

The bowl 2 of the cartridge filter has an external thread and it is screwed on the bottom to the base 1 which has a matching threaded hole, and sealed with the end or radial elastic seal 19. The drain plug 13 sealed with the elastic seal 22 is in the lower part of the bowl 2. For mounting/dismounting the bowl 2, the wrench 9 is attached to the kit.

The pressure switch 4 is mounted on the manifold 3 which is connected to the plug 11 for connection to the mains and the socket 10 for connecting the pump to the relay 4 output.

Water flows through the pipe 15, the check valve 17 and the channel 26 into the annular cavity 30 of the filter bowl 2. Then, through the filter cartridge 12 and the axial cavity 31 , the purified water enters the accumulator 5 and, if the valve cock 6 is open, - the pipe 16 to the consumer. The cartridge (filter element) 12 purifies and passes water from the peripherals to the central channel, i.e. from the annular cavity 30 of the bowl 2 into the axial cavity 31.

The check valve 17 prevents spontaneous leakage of water. The rated direction of water supply is indicated by arrows on the outer surface of the manifold 3.

The inner axial cavity 31 of the filter element 12 is hydraulically connected to a pressure gauge 7 to indicate the current pressure and to the accumulator 5 which allows to have a supply of filtered water under pressure and to provide the operation of the pressure relay 4 connected to the mains and the output of which is connected to the pump involved in supplying water to the device input.

In the case of dismounting the cartridge (filter element) 12, the ball valve 6 is closed and the plug 13 is unscrewed, the sludge is drained. Then the bowl 2 is unscrewed on the thread and the filter element 12 is removed which can be further washed or replaced with a new one. Month for filter element 12 replacement can be fixed on the scale 8 by turning the dial.

To change the direction of the fluid, it is necessary to unscrew the screws 23, remove the manifold 3 from the body 1, turn the manifold 3 by 180°, install the manifold 3 in the base 1 and screw the screws 23.

The device is completed with the wrench 9 for rotating the bowl 2 when replacing the filter cartridge 12. The indicator (rotating scale with a window) 8 of the month of replacement of the filter cartridge 12 is also fixed on the base 1.

Thus, the body of the accumulator 5 is unloaded from the fastening load, its deformation during installation and operation is eliminated, the replacement of the accumulator 5 through the threaded connection of its fitting 18 with the element 28 of the base 1 is simplified without dismounting the device from the support wall.

The consumer is provided with an opportunity to arrange compactly the functions integrated structurally and functionally connected into one product (device):

- Check valve;

- Automatic control of the pump operation by pressure switch signals; - Visual check of the current pressure in the system by the pressure gauge;

- Water filtration with the filter;

- Regulation of the main flow area with the ball valve;

- Accumulation of a certain volume of water;

- Check the month of replacement of the filter cartridge;

The consumer has the opportunity to independently configure the equipment of the device from one place, visually monitor and control it in one operational area - the manifold 3. When regulating the flow rate and/or pressure, the consumer has the ability to monitor effectively the result of the regulation and make a gradual selection of the mode.

In the alleged device, the design of the accumulator 5 connection to the manifold 3 is simplified, the device mounting to the support on the mounting flat face 29 of the base 1 is simplified, labor intensity of the technical (routine) maintenance and monitoring of the accumulator 5 condition or replacement reduces since it is enough to turn out one threaded part (fitting 18 from the threaded element 28) without dismounting the device as a whole. The risk of loosening the device mounting on the support due to vibrations that are inevitable during the hydraulic system operation, and, especially, in the event of a hydraulic shock, is almost eliminated. All of the above things significantly increase the reliability of the device as a whole, allow to increase the period of routine-free and maintenance-free operation.
