Provided is a water tank (1) applied to a cleaning apparatus, comprising a water cavity (10) for storing liquid for cleaning a work surface; the water cavity (10) is provided with a water outlet (11), and also comprises a water delivery device (21); the water delivery device (21) is rotatable relative to the water cavity (10); the water delivery device (21) has a water delivery surface (211) which blocks the water outlet (11); a plurality of independent water storage cavities (212) are arranged on the water delivery surface (211); during the rotation of the water delivery device (21), the water storage cavity (212) is alternately in communication with the water outlet holes (11) so as to guide the liquid in the water cavity (10) to the outside of the water cavity (10). The water tank (1) employs a mechanical water supply means, and the invention achieves more effective water supply, has a simple structure, and strong resistance to failure.
