WATER TRANSFER APPARATUS FOR 1,5 AND 19 LT . PET BOTTLES AND
DEMIJOHNS
The present invention- pertains to a mechanism used for an easy discharge of water .in the PET bottles and demijohns by the user.
Currently, dispensers for the 191t demijohns , can be found on the market. The said dispensers can be used only in workplaces and public -areas but are not convenient for domestic usage as they occupy a lar.ge space, due to their large format. Consequently, such systems as water pumps are used in the household, for the said 191t demijohns. These systems are not convenient in terms of usability and hygiene, and therefore are used only for 19lt demijohns.
The dispensers used in the state of the art, cannot be used for the plastic bottles and demijohns which have a volume less than 19 liters, so water is first transferred from the PET bottles and demijohns of this size to a smaller container such as a decanter and then.it is consumed after pouring the water into a glass / or mechanisms such as pumps, which are neither decorative nor convenient to use, with water leaking on the floor-, ate used. Alternatively, the. users sometimes pour water directly from the PET bottle or the demijohn to the ' glass which leads to ' spilling of water onto the floor, and finally, the PET bottle or dispenser located visibly in the kitchen does not present a .nice sight to see. Furthermore, a technical service is required for cleaning up the dispensers ' for 191t containers and this is reflected as an additional cost to the user . RIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS

The water transfer apparatus for 1.51t - 191t PET bottles and demijohns according to the present invention, makes it possible to dicharge water .from all types of 1.51t - 19it PET bottles and demijohns into any desired location by means of a single apparatus.
The apparatus of the present, invention, due to its structure, can conveniently be used at. homes and at workplaces and can be easily cleaned up without requiring a technical service.
The water transfer apparatus for 1.511; - 19it PET bottles and demijohns according to the present invention consists of 2 parts.
The first part is composed of a carrier body (10) and a locking mechanism (9) securing the PET bottle or the demijohn that is positioned on the said carrier body and a water intake button (11.) connected to the water intake button slot section (13) located below the valve lower part (1).
The second part is the valve section which ensures the flowing or. cutting-off of the water, while simultaneously ensuring the intake of air with the same volume as the volume of the water poured into the PET bottle or the demijohn. This section consists of a valve lower part (1) / valve upper part (2), gasket (3), gasket lock (4), air pipe (5), check valve (6) ball (7), air duct extension (8), screwing section (12), water intake button slot (13), spring gap (14), water exit hole (15) and air intake hole (16) parts. Once the PET bottle or the demijohn is opened, the inlet section is removed from the carrier body (10), the air pipe (5) is inserted into the bottle or demijohn in such a way that it will remain inside, and is screwed to the valve upper part (2) at the bottle or demijohn inlet mouth. The demijohn or bottle, with the valve part at its inlet mouth, is overturned and fitted onto the carrier body (10) upside-down and secured onto the said carrier body (10) by means of the locking mechanism (9) .
In ' the valve section of the apparatus according to the present invention, the valve upper part (2) and below it, the valve lower part (1) are located. The air duct extension (8), the air intake hole (16) below said extension and the spring gap (14) at the sides Of the extension (8) are found in the said valve lower part (1) .
The ' valve lower section (1) is passed through the valve upper part (2) which enables the air duct extension (8) pass through the hole located below the valve upper part
(2) and get into the said valve upper part (2) . The air pipe (5), gasket lock (4) and the gasket (3) are ' attached to the end of said extension.
A check valve (6) with. a ball inside (7), is located on the air pipe.. (5). The gasket (3) being fixed on the air duct extension (8) sits into the valve lower part (1) when the spring pulls dovm the valve lower pa ' rt (l) to which the air duct extension (8) is connected and thus the s ' aid gasket
(3) prevents the water flowing from the demijohn or PET bottle that is mounted into the valve upper part (2) from getting into the lower section.
In the present invention, upon pressing the water import button (11) the valve lower part (1) rises up and consequently, the gasket (3) fixed onto the air duct (8} located over the valve lower part (1) moves upwards. With the upwards movement of the gasket ( 3 ) water, passing through the gap formed between the valve upper part (2), flows into the valve lower part (1 . ) and then is poured to a desired location through the exit hole (15).
In the present invention, so as to replace discharging water with air intake, at the lower section of the valve lower part a hole (16) and at the end of this hole, the air duct extension (8), the air pipe (5) to which said extension is connected, and at the end of the said pipe a check valve (6) are available. The air pressure in the bottle decreases when water flows out, resulting in an air intake due to the higher outside pressure, through the air intake hole (16), into the demijohn or PET bottle, by means of the said air duct extension (8) and the air pipe. Air, rushing into the PET bottle or- demijohn, raises the ball, which closes the inlet of ' the check valve and hinders v/ater intake, for about 1mm, allowing the air entry into the PET bottle or demijohn. By the termination of water outflow, air presure is balanced again, the ball staying 1mm raised, drops- down and closes the inlet of the check valve, thus blocking theflowing down of the water.
