A water treatment device (1000) comprises a raw water flow channel (10), a chemical supply unit (100), a chemically treated water flow channel (20), a filtration unit (200), a reverse-flow cleaning water flow channel (30), a discharge flow channel (45), a first switching valve (V1), a second switching valve (V2), and a waste water opening/closing valve (V3). The reverse-flow cleaning water flows through the raw water flow channel (10), the first switching valve (V1), the reverse-flow cleaning water flow channel (30), the second switching valve (V2), a filtered water flow channel (40), the filtration unit (200), the chemically treated water flow channel (20), the discharge flow channel (45), the waste water opening/closing valve (V3), and a discharge opening (50), in the stated order, without passing through the chemical supply unit (100).
