Abstract:
A water vapor observation device 100 according to the present invention includes: an acquisition unit 121 for acquiring, for each predetermined point, a water vapor value that has been measured on the basis of a reception signal from a satellite; an extraction unit 122 for extracting a feature amount for each predetermined point from a captured image that has been captured from the sky; and a correction unit 123 for correcting the water vapor value for each predetermined point on the basis of the feature amount.
