Abstract:
A water-wash-resistant sponge mop for use in a vacuum cleaner, provided in a downward sequence with a first sponge layer, a glass fiber layer, a modified fiber layer, and a second sponge layer, where the modified fiber layer comprises the following materials in terms of parts by weight: a propylene-vinyl acetate copolymer fiber 20-100 parts by weight and kapok fiber 5-50 parts by weight. An improvement is made on the structure of a conventional sponge mop, two sponge layers serve as base layers, provided therebetween are the novel glass fiber layer and the modified fiber layer, with the introduction of the propylene-vinyl acetate copolymer fiber and the kapok fiber, the filtering performance of the sponge mop is increased, the air resistance of the sponge mop is reduced; at the same time, the modified layer effectively improves the flow stability of airflow in an air duct of the vacuum cleaner, and because of the introduction of propylene in the propylene-vinyl acetate copolymer fiber, the water-wash resistance of the sponge mop is increased.
