Abstract:
A water washing apparatus for producing pyromellitic dianhydride, comprising a water washing tower, an air intake pipe arranged at the upper part of one side of the water washing tower, and an exhaust pipe arranged at the lower part of the other side of the water washing tower. An atomizing assembly is arranged on one side of an outer wall of the water washing tower. The atomizing assembly comprises a main water delivery pipe and a shunt pipe. One end of the main water delivery pipe is provided with the shunt pipe, and the other end of the main water delivery pipe is connected to external water delivery device. One end of the shunt pipe is provided with a first flow guide pipe. A first atomizing spray head is arranged on the outer surface of the first flow guide pipe, and a second flow guide pipe is arranged on the other end of the shunt pipe. A second atomizing spray head is arranged on the outer surface of the second flow guide pipe. The first flow guide pipe and the second flow guide pipe are connected to the water washing tower by means of a transmission assembly, and the transmission assembly is arranged on the other side of the outer wall of the water washing tower. In the present utility model, multi-stage atomized water may be sprayed into the water washing tower, which facilitates contact between tail gas and the atomized water. Meanwhile, the contact uniformity is good, and the treatment efficiency is high.
