Abstract:
Provided are a waterborne environment-friendly fire-retardant coating, a preparation method and use thereof, the waterborne environment-friendly fire-retardant coating comprises, in parts by mass, 20-35 parts of a composite emulsion, 6-8 parts of a dehydrating agent, 3-5 parts of a char-forming agent, 5-8 parts of a foaming agent, 15-18 parts of a filler, 8-14 parts of an auxiliary agent and 20-25 parts of water; the composite emulsion comprises EVA emulsion, vinyl acetate-vinyl versatate emulsion and vinyl acetate-acrylic emulsion; the auxiliary agent comprises sodium pyrophosphate, amidoimidazoline, sodium alkylnaphthalenesulfonate, ethylene glycol butyl ether, polyethylene glycol, hydroxyethyl cellulose and silicon dioxide. Applicaiton results demonstrate that the fire-retardant coating has an initial thermal decomposition temperature of 350 ℃ or above, a maximal thermal decomposition temperature up to 640 ℃ or above, a maximal heat release rate lower to 200 W/g, and a heat release amount low to 20 kJ/g, and thus has an obviously improved fire-retardant performance.
