The waterless toilet comprises a toilet main body (100), an excrement storage apparatus (101), and an excrement collection apparatus (102); the toilet main body (100) is internally provided with an excrement tank (10); the excrement storage apparatus (101) is used for storing excrement; the excrement collection apparatus (102) comprises an excrement mechanism (30) and an excrement collection film (20), of which one end extends along the inner wall surface of the excrement tank (10) to pass through the excrement opening (11) of the excrement tank (10); the excrement mechanism (30) can hold the end of the excrement collection film (20) extending from the excrement opening (11) to form an excrement collection bag (21) in the excrement tank (10) for accommodating excrement; the excrement mechanism (30) can also pull the excrement collection bag (21) containing excrement from the excrement tank (10); the excrement collection bag (21) wraps around the excrement and discharges it; the excrement collection film (20) is used to collect excrement repeatedly.
