A waterproof air-permeable bolt and a light fixture, the waterproof air-permeable bolt comprising a mold-pressed column member (2), a waterproof air-permeable membrane (3) and a screw bolt body (1), wherein the screw bolt body (1) is provided with an air-permeable passage (13) from a top end (11) to a bottom end (12); an upper part of the air-permeable passage (13) has a reaming ring groove (14); an inner part of the mold-pressed column member (2) is hollow and an outer wall surface thereof is provided with a plurality of sealing convex rings (21); the mold-pressed column member (2) is embedded into the reaming ring groove (14) and the sealing convex rings (21) form a seal with a wall surface of the reaming ring groove (14); and the waterproof air-permeable membrane (3) is attached to an end portion of the mold-pressed column member (2). The waterproof air-permeable bolt has the following advantages: a simple structure and a low cost; the described bolt may not only have a waterproof air-permeable function, but also may reduce the overall cost of the light fixture.
