Abstract:
A waterproof and breathable paper diaper bottom film (100, 200) comprises a base material layer and a waterproof and breathable layer compounded therewith. The base material layer is a non-woven fiber layer (102, 202) that has an air permeability of 100-700 CFM and a thickness of 5-20 GSM, and the waterproof and breathable layer is a nanofiber accumulation body layer (101, 201). A preparation method for the waterproof and breathable paper diaper bottom film. A nanofiber accumulation body is formed by directly carrying out electrostatic spinning on superfine fiber non-woven fabric by using hydrophobic polymer resin to pass through mass production high-voltage electrostatic spinning equipment. The paper diaper bottom film produced by compounding nanofiber and superfine fiber non-woven fabric has water pressure resistance reaching up to 4000mmH2O or more, air permeability reaching up to 3CFM or more, and water vapor permeance reaching up to 10000g/cm2.24h or more.
