Abstract:
The present invention relates to a waterproof LED lamp strip manufactured by a waterproof adhesive, and a manufacturing method therefor. Specifically, components are attached by means of SMT to a whole roll of connected flexible circuit boards comprising multiple lamp strip circuit boards; the whole roll is unwound on a horizontal suction platform so that the lamp strip circuit boards are suctioned to be flat and level; a dam adhesive is dripped at four board edges of the lamp strip circuit boards to form a surrounding dam, the surrounding dam adhesive having a consistent height, and the height of the dam adhesive being greater than those of the components; then a light-transmitting liquid adhesive is placed in the dam, and then the adhesive applied by using a blade-coating plate, so that the thickness of the adhesive is consistent with the height of the dam, and the adhesive fully covers the components and the surface of the circuit boards; the whole roll of boards is suctioned on the horizontal platform in a standing manner so that the adhesive is cured, then the dam adhesive is removed, and the whole roll is cut into single strips, so as to obtain waterproof LED lamp strips manufactured by the light-transmitting and waterproof adhesive. Regarding two longitudinal (lengthwise) side surfaces of each single lamp strip obtained by cutting, a circuit board side surface and a cured adhesive side surface on each side surface are on a same cutting surface.
