Abstract:
The present invention relates to a waterproof material containing cement and polymer for building construction and its preparation method. Said cement is hydraulic cement, and said polymer consists of modification acrylic emulsion and toughened rubber. The preparation method includes the following steps: (a) kneading the cement and the emulsion in a cement/solid of emulsion weight ratio of 100:15-150 at 20-80 rpm and temperature of 25-120 DEG C unitil the moisture content in kneading stock decreases to 5-20 % weight (b) admixing, masticating and calendering a mixture of the kneading stock and the toughened rubber in weight ratio of 100:10-50, obtaining the waterproof sheet or roll.
