Abstract:
The present invention relates to a waterproof and moisture permeable fabric, and a manufacturing method therefor, the waterproof and moisture permeable fabric comprising: a fabric base material; a surface modified layer formed on an adhesive surface of the fabric base material; a dot adhesive member transferred on the surface modified layer; and a membrane which is bonded to the fabric base material by means of the dot adhesive member.
