Abstract:
A waterproof performance test device for a battery box of an electric vehicle, comprising: a box body (1), a laminated plate (3) which is horizontally placed at the bottom of the box body (1), a pressurized immersion test assembly, a vertical rain drop test assembly, and a swing pipe rain test assembly; a plurality of sliding rails (2) are arranged on the inner surface of the box body, and racks (21) are arranged on sides of the sliding rails (2); the laminated plate (3) is a mesh plate; a water pump (4) is arranged on the lower portion of the laminated plate (3); the upper edge of the box body (1) is further provided with box body upper edges (11). The device can meet test requirements of different waterproof grades, which can be realized by matching only one box body (1) with different test components for assembly, so that multipurpose of the box body is realized. The integration degree of the device is high. The pressurized immersion test assembly can reliably fix a battery box to be tested, thereby avoiding occurrence of a floating phenomenon in the testing process; an upper cover (5) and the box body (1) are sealed quickly and efficiently, and the sealing performance is good; water pressure generated by gravity is constant, and costs are low.
