Disclosed in the present invention is a waterproof stage lamp structure convenient for disassembly, assembly and maintenance. An upper shell, a waterproof heat conductive plate, and a lower shell are detachably connected to one another by means of anti-loosening connecting pieces; a lens assembly comprises a shell and a lens; the shell and the upper shell are detachably connected to each other; the lens is arranged at a light outlet on the shell; a main body functional module is electrically signaled to a front end functional module and a heat dissipation module by means of connecting pieces, separately; the main body functional module and the heat dissipation module are separately matched with a guide positioning rod so that the central axes of central light holes of the modules are concentric. Also disclosed in the present invention is a waterproof stage lamp. The present invention can ensure tight connection between each module power supply and a signal interface and rapid mounting and maintenance inside the lamp, and can also ensure concentricity of the central axes of the central light holes of the modules and automatic connection and separation between the power supply and the signal interface during disassembly and assembly.
