Abstract:
Provided is a waterproof structure for a two-piece rubber part. The rubber part comprises an external rubber piece (1) and an internal rubber piece (2); the internal rubber piece (2) is inserted in the external rubber piece (1); the waterproof structure comprises ridges (5) arranged at the outer ring of the internal rubber piece (2), a groove (6), on the external rubber piece, corresponding to the ridges (5) and a plastic support (3); the ridges (5) and the groove (6) are connected in a way of interference fit; the plastic support (3) and the external rubber piece (1) are connected in a way of interference fit; by squeezing the external rubber piece (1), the internal rubber piece and the external rubber piece are in tighter fit to achieve the airtight waterproof effect of the two rubber pieces. Compared with prior art, the present invention is characterized with high reliability, good waterproofness, lower cost.
