Abstract:
The present invention relates to a watertight shaft housing structure for a butterfly valve and, in particular, has the effects: preventing a fluid from infiltrating the shaft housing part of a body in which a butterfly valve shaft is inserted; securing the watertightness of the shaft housing part of a butterfly valve as well as using a bushing having a certain structure, a resin, and a plurality of O-rings formed to enclose the inner surface and the outer surface of the bushing so as not to affect the torque of the shaft; extending the service life of a valve by blocking fluid infiltration at the shaft housing part of the butterfly valve and preventing corrosion of the shaft housing part; and preventing water contamination when the butterfly valve is used in a water supply pipe by preventing fluid contamination due to corrosion of the shaft housing portion.
