Abstract:

A wave absorber is provided with a structure wherein a full plane conductor layer (11) composed of a conductor, a first dielectric layer (a PC board (12) and a BT board (13)) composed of a single layer or multilayer dielectric, and a pattern layer (14) having a plurality of patterns composed of a conductor are successively laminated. Each pattern in the pattern layer (14) is different from the adjacent other patterns, at least in size or shape. Therefore, the waver absorber performs enough reflection attenuation to prevent communication troubles due to electromagnetic wave reflection and the like, is thin and light in weight, and has wide band attenuation characteristics.
