Abstract:
A wave-front sensor and a wave-front detection method and system based on a microholographic array. The wave-front detection method based on a microholographic array comprises: creating a microholographic array which simultaneously has the functions of microlens array imaging and a double helix point spread function (S100); a wave-front to be detected passing through the microholographic array to obtain a double helix lattice diagram on a rear focal plane thereof (S200); obtaining a wave-front slope value according to the double helix lattice diagram (S300); and performing wave-front reconstruction on the wave-front slope value to obtain wave-front information to be detected (S400).
