Abstract:
In a learned model storage unit (114), there is stored in advance a model constructed by performing deep learning using accurate peak information and an image obtained by imaging numerous chromatograms as learning data. When chromatogram data for an intended specimen obtained by an LC measurement unit (10) is inputted, an image generation unit (112) images the chromatogram and generates an input image in which one of two regions on either side of a chromatogram curve in the resulting image is filled in. A peak position estimation unit (113) inputs pixel values of the input image to a neural network using a learned model, and obtains, as output, position information about the start point and end point of a peak and a peak detection accuracy. A peak determination unit (115) determines the start points and end points of peaks on the basis of the peak detection accuracy. This makes it possible to reduce complex manipulations and operations performed by an operator, such as the setting of parameters, and to detect peaks automatically with a high degree of accuracy with respect to chromatogram waveforms having various shapes.
