Abstract:

A computer (11) is prompted to use inclusion-exclusion integration α, which is a form of fuzzy integration, to detect a specific wave from data obtained by measuring the potential of a human body, the potential varying in response to stimulation of the body. Because inclusion-exclusion integration α is a form of fuzzy integration that employs a non-additive measure, a subjective determination can be substituted into a preferred arithmetic expression, making it possible to increase the accuracy of detection of a specific wave.
