Abstract:
A substrate (1) has a strip line (2) wired to an inner layer thereof, has a first ground surface (3) formed on the front surface thereof, and has a second ground surface (4) formed on part of the reverse surface thereof. The substrate (1) is used as one waveguide wall (12) of a hollow waveguide (11). It is thus possible to obtain a waveguide strip line transducer having the same dimensions as the exterior dimensions of the hollow waveguide (11).
