Abstract:
A wavelength conversion apparatus comprises a light-emitting layer (101), a reflection layer (102), and a metal heat dissipation layer (103) that are sequentially superposed. The reflection layer (102) is connected to the metal heat dissipation layer (103) by using a bonding layer (104). The bonding layer (104) is a (Cu,Al)O2 layer. The reflection layer (102) is connected to the metal heat dissipation layer (103) by using the (Cu,Al)O2 bonding layer (104), so that heat in the reflection layer (102) can be rapidly transferred to the metal heat dissipation layer (103) and gets dissipated. Such a connection manner has high thermal conduction, thin thickness, and secure connection, and can endure high temperature during working of the wavelength conversion apparatus, to enable the wavelength conversion apparatus to maintain effective and stable light output during high- power light-emission. A light-emitting apparatus and a projection system that comprise the wavelength conversion apparatus and a method for preparing the wavelength conversion apparatus further need to be protected.
