Abstract:
Provided are a wavelength conversion device and a preparation method therefor, and a laser-fluorescence conversion type light source. The wavelength conversion device comprises an alumina substrate layer, a silver reflective layer and a luminescent glass layer which are sequentially stacked. The silver reflective layer reflects light emitted from the luminescent glass layer. The wavelength conversion device further comprises a glass protective layer arranged between the silver reflective layer and the luminescent glass layer. The refractive index of the glass in the glass protective layer is lower than the refractive index of the glass in the luminescent glass layer, and the glass protective layer does not cause a color change reaction with silver. The laser-fluorescence conversion type light source comprises a laser device and a wavelength conversion device. By providing the glass protective layer which separates the silver reflective layer and the luminescent glass layer, the reflection effect and the luminance can be further improved, the color change reaction between the silver reflective layer and the luminescent glass layer is avoided, and higher luminous efficiency and luminescence saturation can be achieved.
