Abstract:
Wavelength conversion devices (100, 200, 300) and a preparation method therefor, and a light-emitting device and a projection device using the wavelength conversion devices (100, 200, 300). The wavelength conversion devices (100, 200, 300) comprise ceramic light-emitting layers (111, 211), high-reflection layers (112, 212), heat conduction bonding layers (113, 213), high heat conduction layers (114, 214), and substrates (115, 215) that are sequentially stacked; wherein the high-reflection layers (112, 212) are plated on the surfaces of the ceramic light-emitting layers (111, 211); the high heat conduction layers (114, 214) are welded on the surfaces of the substrates (115, 215); and the high-reflection layers (112, 212) and the high heat conduction layers (114, 214) are bonded together by means of the heat conduction bonding layers (113, 213). The wavelength conversion devices (100, 200, 300) have characteristics such as good heat conductivity, small possibility of cracking, and high light effect.
