Abstract:
A wavelength conversion element (20, 30, 40, 50) and a preparation method therefor. In the wavelength conversion element (20, 30, 40, 50), a plurality of pits (23, 33, 43, 53) in two-dimensional arrangement is formed in a light blocking material (21, 31, 41, 51), and the longitudinal section of each pit (23, 33, 43, 53) is an inverted trapezoid, and the surface roughness of the inner walls of the pits (23, 33, 43, 53) is 0.1-15 μm; a heat dissipation device (45, 55) is connected or inserted from the lower surface of the wavelength conversion element (40, 50) to a wavelength conversion material (42, 52) and/or to a bottom layer (44) having thermal conductivity and light reflection functions, said wavelength conversion material (42, 52) being disposed in the pit (43, 53) and used for generating exited light. In this way, it is easy to implement precise adjustment of the pixel size of the wavelength conversion element (20, 30, 40, 50), and the heat dissipation capability and light exit efficiency of the wavelength conversion element (20, 30, 40, 50) are improved. In addition, the wavelength conversion material (20, 30, 40, 50) and the light blocking material (21, 31, 41, 51) are tightly bonded, and thus good mechanical properties are achieved.
