Abstract:
A wavelength laser comprising a laser light source (1) outputting a basic wave
laser light (2), and a wavelength conversion crystal (5) arranged on the optical
axis of the basic wave laser light (2) outputted from the laser light source (1)
in order to convert the basic wave laser light (2) into harmonics laser light (7),
wherein the wavelength conversion crystal (5) is rotated about an axis normal
to the nonlinear receiving face (54) of the wavelength conversion crystal (5)
and arranged while inclining with respect to the optical axis of the basic wave
laser light (2), and a means (6) for regulating the temperature of the wavelength
conversion crystal (5) is provided. Phase matching conditions are sustained
by regulating the temperature of the wavelength conversion crystal (5), and
harmonics light can be generated efficiently even when the wavelength conversion
crystal (5) is arranged while inclining with respect to the optical axis of light
subjected to wavelength conversion.
