Abstract:
Disclosed is a wavelength conversion member comprising an inorganic phosphor powder dispersed in a glass matrix and can have high light emission efficiency.
The wavelength conversion member comprises a glass matrix, an inorganic phosphor powder dispersed in the glass matrix, and an intermediate layer, wherein the intermediate layer is arranged at the interface between the inorganic phosphor powder and the glass matrix, comprises a reaction product of the inorganic phosphor powder with the glass matrix, and has a thickness of 0.01 to 5 μm.
