Abstract:
Provided is a wavelength conversion system comprising: A. a first nonlinear optical crystal which outputs first sum-frequency light and second pulse laser light when receiving first pulse laser light having a first wavelength in a first polarized state and second pulse laser light having a second wavelength in a second polarized state, the first sum-frequency light having a third wavelength which is generated by sum-frequency mixing of the first wavelength and the second wavelength in the second polarized state; and B. a second nonlinear optical crystal which outputs third pulse laser light having a fourth wavelength when receiving the first sum-frequency light and the second pulse laser light output from the first nonlinear optical crystal.
