Abstract:
Provided are a wavelength converting particle, a method for manufacturing a wavelength converting particle, and a light emitting diode containing a wavelength converting particle. The wavelength converting particle comprises an organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite nanocrystal for converting the wavelength of light generated from an excitation light into a certain wavelength. Accordingly, it is possible to optically stabilize and improve color purity and light-emitting performance without changes to the light-emitting wavelength range.
