Abstract:
[Problem] To reliably lock laser oscillation in a narrow band. [Solution] A beam coupling-type semiconductor laser light source 10 is provided with: a plurality of semiconductor laser chips 1; a plurality of fast-axis (FA) direction cylindrical collimators 2; one slow-axis (SA) direction cylindrical collimator 3; one dielectric multilayer film filter 4; one partial reflecting mirror 5; one FA direction imaging lens 6; one SA direction imaging lens 7; and one multimode optical fiber 8. The dielectric multilayer film filter 4 is fixed to a mount 14 at an angle θ1 according to a lock wavelength. Only a laser light 15 of a specific wavelength is transmitted by the dielectric multilayer film filter 4. The laser light 15 which has passed through the dielectric multilayer film filter 4 is partially reflected by the partial reflecting mirror 5, and returns to the semiconductor laser chip 1 through the dielectric multilayer film filter 4, the SA direction cylindrical collimator 3, and the FA direction cylindrical collimators 2.
