Abstract:
In the present invention, if a fault occurs in operational system transmission multiplexing transponders (6-1 to 6-N), by performing selection switching control between N:1 optical switches (5-1 to 5-m) and (N+1):1 optical switches (11-1 to 11-m), using auxiliary system transmission/reception multiplexing transponders (6-R and 10-R), the fault is avoided so as to perform transport.
