Abstract:
The wax melting device consists of an element A and a heating element B. The element A contains a hollow cylindrical wax insert (5) with a lithium-ion battery (28), it also contains control elements. In the heating element B, there is an electric heater (22), accompanied by elements for the distribution of liquid wax. Detachable contact between the housing (15 and 38) of elements A and B is accomplished with grooves (24) magnetic pairs (12) and connectors (25 and 31) and (26 and 27) it is connected to cables (23 and 32) and (29). and 30). The user places the funnel (20) of heating element B on the place (44) where the insect's sting, then he presses the switch (37) turns on the timer-regulated electric heater (22) which melts a part (5a) of the hollow cylindrical wax insert (5). Pushed the cylindrical spring's force P (2), the hollow cylindrical wax insert (5) pushes a part (5a) of melted wax through the openings (42) in the direction of the arrows W-W through the funnel (20). By instant cooling, wax absorbs insects 'secretion from the place of the sting. Therefore, it prevents the body's immune response, accompanied with allergic reactions, infection, etc. Impact of melted wax has a soothing effect on skin reaction, and it eliminates itching, even after several hours of insects' sting.

CLAIMS

1. The wax melting device consists of an element A and a heating element B, so the housing (38) of element A contains: switch (37), microchip (39), connector (41) for USB, lithium-ion battery (28) and led indicator (40), in the housing (15) of element B there is an electric heater (22), characterized by, that in the housing (9) of element A there is a hollow cylindrical wax insert (5) with an axial cylindrical opening (6) at the end (4) is in a detachable assembly with the front element (7) of the valve (3), and the other end (33) there is the front surface of the circular ring (21) and the surfaces of the wrapper (36) and (8) in a detachable connection with the cylindrical element (35) and the annular groove (14) of the heating element B.

The wax melting device according to request 1, characterized by ,so that the cylindrical element (35) around the entire circumference of the wrapper (34) has openings (42), with the lower edge (43) in the plane of the bottom (17) of the annular groove (14) so that the depth of the annular groove (14) is equal to the height of the cylindrical element (35),

The wax melting device according to requirement 1 , characterized by , that in the housing (15) there is a cylindrical element (35) closed on the upper side by a cap (10) and on the lower side it continues with a conically narrowed funnel (18) with a cylindrical neck ( 19) on which the funnel (20) is located in the detachable joint.

The wax melting device according to requirement 1, characterized by, the fact that the cylindrical element (35) with an annular groove (14) is assembled with the housing (15) over the peripheral edge (13) in the plane of the contact surfaces of the housing (9 and 15), so that the electric heater (22) is in an inseparable connection with the bottom (17) of the annular groove (14).

5. The wax melting device according to requirement 1, characterized by, the fact that the housings (15, 38) of heating element B and element A are in a detachable connection via grooves (24) and magnetic pairs (12) with separable electrical contact of heating element B and element A and through connectors (25,31) in housing (15) and connectors (26,27) in housing (38) with cables (23,32) and (29,30).

Technical problem

How to remove after a mosquito or other insect bite secretion that an insect injects into the bloodstream to prevent blood clotting, and which causes the body's immune response by releasing histamine that causes unwanted reactions’, localized redness, swelling, irritating itching, rash, and in some people dangerous allergic reactions, anaphylaxis and the like?

How to soothe the inflammation of the skin and relieve itching even after several hours from the insect bite?

Background Art:

On the market there are depilation devices based on wax melting. The applicant is not aware of a single applied device solution that uses heated wax to soothe reaction to insect bites. Antihistamine creams are also available on the market.

Disclosure of invention:

The wax melting device consists of an element A and a groove movable heating element B. The element A contains a hollow cylindrical wax insert with a lithium-ion battery , it also contains control elements. In the heating element B, there is an electric heater , accompanied by elements for the distribution of liquid wax.

The user places the funnel of heating element on the place where the insect's sting, then he presses the switch turns on the timer-regulated electric heater which melts a part of the hollow cylindrical wax insert.

By squeezing spring hollow cylindrical wax insert supresses melted wax at a temperature of 63.4 °C to 64.4 °C from heating element through funnel on the place of sting.

By instant cooling the skin , wax absorbs insects 'secretion from the place of the sting. Therefore, it prevents the body immune response, accompanied with allergic reactions, infection, etc.

Impact of melted wax has a soothing effect on skin reaction, and it eliminates itching, even after several hours of insects 'sting. It is recommended to use natural bees' wax which is gained by melting honeycombs of bees. Short Description of figures:

Novelty of invention:

1. The device for melting the wax has a hollow cylindrical wax insert so that the wax is melted in an annulable volume in full contact with the surfaces of the heating elements of the device. This enables quick heating and melting of the wax.

2. The hollow cylindrical wax cartridge is under the pressure of the supressed cylindrical spring so that at the moment of transition to the liquid state, that part of the wax is squeezed out of the heating element, which self-regulates the heating temperature to 63.4 to 64.4 °C and protects it against overheating.

Detailed patent description

Refer to Figures 1 and 2. The wax melting device consists of an element A with a groove movable heating element B. In the housing 9 of the element A there is a hollow cylindrical wax insert 5 with an axial cylindrical opening 6.

The hollow cylindrical wax insert 5 is at the ends 4 and 33 in a detachable connection with the face element 7 of the valve 3 and the annular groove 14 of the heating element B.

The valve 3 is in a tight connection via the pressure cylindrical spring 2 with the screw cap 1.

Detachable contact between heating element B and element A is achieved by grooves 24 between housings 15 and 38 with a detachable connection via magnetic pairs 12.

In the housing 15 of the heating element B there is a cylindrical element 35 with an annular groove 14 with a peripheral edge 13.

The annular groove 14 is closed from the bottom by the bottom 17. The depth of the annular groove 14 is equal to the height of the cylindrical element 35.

The cylindrical element 35 is closed on the upper side by a cap 10 so that on the lower side it continues with a conically narrowed funnel 18 with a cylindrical neck 19 on which a detachable joint the funnel 20 is located .

Cylindrical element 35 with an annular groove 14 is in assembly with the housing 15 over the peripheral edge 13 in the plane of the contact surfaces of the housing 9 and 15. A hollow cylindrical wax insert 5 with an axial axial cylindrical opening 6 passes through the opening 11 of the housing 9 so that the face surface of the circular ring 21 and the surfaces of the wrapper 36 and 8 is in abutting connection with the surfaces of the annular groove 14 and the cylindrical element 35.

In the housing 15 of the grooved moving elements B, there is an electric heater 22 in a tight connection with the bottom 17 of the annular groove 14 .

The separable electrical contact of heating element B and element A is achieved through connectors 25 and 31 in housing 15 and connectors 26 and 27 in housing 38 with associated cables 23 and 32 and 29 and 30.

In this way, a separable electrical contact was achieved between the electric heater 22 of the heating element B with the elements A: switch 37, microchip 39, connector 41 for USB, lithium-ion battery 28 and led indicator 40.

Functional description:

Referring to Figures 1,2 and 3 , the wax melting device functions in the following way: the user places the funnel 20 of device at the site 44 of the insect sting.

By activating the switch 37, Figure 3, the microchip 39 turns on the led indicator 40 and the electric heater 22 which melts the part 5a of the hollow cylindrical wax insert 5 in contact with the surfaces of the annular groove 14 and the cylindrical element 35. The operating time of the electric heater 22 is time limited.

Under pressure of force P caused by cylindrical spring 2, Figure 4, the hollow cylindrical wax cartridge 5 pushes the melted part 5a of the wax in the direction of the arrows "W-W", from the annular groove 14 through the openings 42, the cylindrical element 35 into the conically tapered funnel 18, the cylindrical neck 19 and the funnel 20 at the site of 44 insect bites. It is the best option to make a funnel from silicon 20.

By squeezing out the wax at the moment of transition to a liquid state at a temperature of 63.4 °C to 64.4 °C, self-regulation of the heating temperature and protection against overheating is implemented.

By immediate cooling, the wax absorbs the insect excretion from the site of the sting and prevents the organism immune response with allergic reactions, infection, etc. The impact of the melted wax calms the reaction and removes itching even after several hours of the insect sting.

Continuous melting with dosing of the amount of melted wax is carried out through a fixed factory-set operating time of the electric heater on the microchip 39.

The lithium-ion battery charging 28 is done via USB connector 41.

The microchip 39 controls the charging of the lithium-ion battery 28, the time operation of the electric heater 22 displays information on the led indicator 40 about the state and charging of the lithium-ion battery 28 and the operation of the electric heater 22. Between two uses, the microchip 39 gives a break to cool the heating element for accuracy dosing, best in about 3 seconds. Figures 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 show the wax melting device in detached contact of the heating element B from the element A with a replaceable funnel 20 and a cartridge of a hollow cylindrical wax insert 5.

The filling of the wax melting device with a hollow cylindrical wax cartridge 5 can be done through the upper opening 45 of the housing 9 created by unscrewing and removing the screw cap 1 with the cylindrical spring 2 and the valve 3 and or through the opening 11 by pushing the valve 3 in the direction of the arrow Y.

It is recommended to use natural purified beeswax obtained by melting the honeycomb of worker bees.

Self-cleaning of the wax melting device is performed after several uses before replacing the hollow cylindrical wax cartridge 5 by heating the empty device at the same time as the electric heater 22.

Industrial and other implementation The wax melting device can be applied as a medical product. The application of the invention is stimulating for all users who are in areas, which are benevolent for insects' mating, especially mosquitoes, and are primarily sensitive to its sting.
