Abstract:
The present invention provides: wax oil beads sealing an adsorption product of vitamin U or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and porous silica; and a manufacturing method therefor. The was oil beads according to the present invention can effectively mask an unpleasant smell and taste of vitamin U, and have excellent stability. Furthermore, the wax oil beads according to the present invention are solid at room temperature, but melt into a liquid phase when applied to skin, leading to effective delivery of vitamin U into skin, and thus the wax oil beads can be advantageously used in a hygienic cosmetic composition or a pharmaceutical composition.
