Abstract:
A wear-amount prediction device (10) calculates various wear energies on the basis of the internal pressure of an aircraft tire, a load applied to the aircraft tire, the speed of the aircraft, a slip angle produced by the aircraft tire, and a braking force of the aircraft, and also the wear energy EFR of the aircraft tire in a free-rolling travel state, the various wear energies being dependent on all of the foregoing. On the basis of the calculated various wear energies and a wear resistance R indicating the relationship between a prescribed wear energy and a prescribed wear amount, the wear-amount prediction device (10) predicts the wear amount (wear) of the aircraft tire.
